Forklift Driving And Yard Operative - Petersfield

Are you a experienced Forklift Driver or Yards person looking for a new opportunity?
TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation recruiting for a Forklift Driver and Yard Operative work in Petersfield on a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manoeuvring forklifts safely in busy industrial environments
• Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets
• Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas
• Ensuring that Forklift Driving areas are free from spills or obstructions
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

What we require?

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse/Yard Worker
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Current forklift licence

Main Details:
Job Title: Forklift Driver and Yard Operative
Salary: £12.08 per hour
Location: Whitman Labs, Bedford Road, Petersfield, GU32 3DD
Hours of Work: 06:00 to 14:00
Contract: 6 Months (On going)
