Non Stop’s client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for someone to join their independent fostering agency as a Team Manager on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of experienced supervising social workers
* Work with the head of fostering in order to continuously grow and improve the service
* Work with stakeholders in order to help develop the service and make sure continuous support is provided to foster carers and children
Requirements:
* Registration with Social work England (SWE)
* Driving License
* Experience in the fostering sector, preferably someone who has led a team of supervising social workers
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
