Fp&A Analyst

Robert Walters are currently partnering with an international financial services business based on the outskirts of Southampton to recruit for an FP&A Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

As an FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial analysis of products across the business. Liaising with stakeholders both internally and externally, you will advise and lead analysis to ensure that the strategy is on point for the products on offer.

Further responsibilities include:

- Support the commercial analysis of insurance products on offer

- Business partner internally to manage stakeholder engagement and optimise product design

- Work closely with external suppliers to optimise various agreements

- Project work across the wider Finance team and leading product analysis where necessary and appropriate

- Provide commercial advice and challenge where necessary

We would love to speak to people with the following experience:

- Qualified or Part Qualifed Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) (study support available)

- Ideally have experience of insurance product accounting and insurance capital rules

- Have developed and optimised reporting solutions

- Proven business partnering experience across both finance and non finance stakeholders

On offer is a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 with an excellent benefits package which includes hybrid working, a performance related bonus, healthcare and enhanced pension.
