The Company:
Our client is a well-established provider in the scientific field.

Main duties:
To manage and assist the Technical Support team.

The Role:
• To manage and support the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support agents with complex cases
• To oversee the scheduling and completion of data migrations and software improvements
• To remotely assist customers with the set-up of new equipment or complex software installation
• To manage escalated cases and assist with troubleshooting and resolutions
• To provide motivation and guidance to Technical Support team
• To review and improve Technical Support procedures and establish SLA
• To maintain knowledge on new products or software and provide training to staff

The Candidate:
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential
• Previous experience in advanced Technical Support in hardware and software is essential
• Previous experience in team management is desirable
• Extensive knowledge of Windows OS and Linux OS
• Problem-solving and excellent communication skills
• IT literate
