Are you an experienced Front Desk Supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? My client is a stunning independent hotel looking to expand their Front Office team and bring in a passionate determined Front Desk Supervisor to help guide their team bringing brilliant service to every guest of the hotel.
The duties and responsibilities of the Front Desk Supervisor will be:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and reservations.
• Train, mentor, and supervise Front Desk staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to Front Desk activities, including occupancy rates, room availability, and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

The ideal Front Desk Supervisor will be:

• Previous experience in a Front Desk or guest service role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally having experience in the Opera system.

Salary: £11.63 an hour (increasing in April)
Schedule: 40 hours a week
