As our new Front-End Developer, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll play a critical role in improving the performance of our websites, with the primary goal of increasing conversion rates and driving business growth. You’ll be implementing A/B tests and utilising data-driven insights to optimise user experiences and drive higher conversion rates across our websites.

• Technical Implementation: You’ll implement changes and tests, ensuring proper tracking and data collection using relevant tools and methodologies. Collaborate with the development team to address technical issues and optimise website performance
• A/B Testing: You’ll plan, execute, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests to identify the most effective variations that drive higher conversion rates, better user engagement, andimproved overall user experience

• You’ll be proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant CRO tools and platforms
• You’ll be familiar with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings
• You’ll understand UX/UI principles and their impact on conversion rates
