Job Profile
We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist for a short-term assignment from the 12th to the 19th of April 2024, with the possibility of more dates in the future. This role involves front-of-house responsibilities in a stunning office environment. While receptionist experience is advantageous, it is not essential, and we welcome individuals with excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the switchboard efficiently, taking and transferring calls.
- Handle email correspondence and assist with basic administrative duties.
- Sort and manage incoming and outgoing post.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:
- Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
- Previous receptionist experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to maintain a welcoming and positive demeanour.
- Proficient in basic email correspondence and general administrative tasks.
- Availability for the specified dates in April.
Hours: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch.
Salary: £11.44ph
