Role: Front of House Supervisor (Days) Working Hours: average of 42 per week based on a 4 days on/4 days off schedule. The Other House are looking for a dynamic and energetic Front of House Supervisor, who has a passion for delivering impeccable experiences across all areas of the House, serving a mix of residents, members and guests. This individual needs to have a creative mindset, great guest service skills and a passion for creating memorable moments through flawless attention to details and personalised resident/member service. We are looking for an individual who effectively will deliver entrepreneurial Front of House operations with a strong focus on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there is 'inside the box', there is 'outside the box' and then there are our HouseMates - passionate, self-driven and completely comfortable with pushing the boundaries. About you

• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• Experience in supervising members of a team
• Administrative skills
• Experience managing and resolving customer queries and complaints

• An entrepreneurial personality, thinking outside of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies
• Ideally previous experience in a Front of House role hospitality role
• A creative spark that will leave a lasting impression
• The flair for intuitive service
• Excellent command of English - both verbal and written
• A second language (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, engaging and dynamic personality
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong task and time management abilities
• The right to work in UK
