About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to assist with the successful operation of the Sport & Fitness Centre. You will assist with the day-to-day operational management of the Front Of House/reception area, ensuring the customer perception of our Front Of House area and staff is positive at all times. The post holder will need to ensure that whilst on shift that the Front Of House area operates in accordance with the standards, values and objectives of Qmotion and QMSU. The facilities are open seven days per week, and this role will incorporate the working of unsociable hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays. To excel in this role, it is essential that you have experience in a front-of-house role in a busy customer facing environment. This is an exciting developmental role for an experienced Front Of House team member who is looking to progress into a more supervisory role.
