We are looking for someone who has the following essential professional characteristics

- Supports the development and provision of groups of children, including: SEND, Pupil Premium, LAC and EAL,
- Actively promotes quality first provision, progression and achievement,
- Ensures pupils are challenged in their learning at all levels and monitor impact of support,
- A practitioner that ensures learning is fun and creative.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a positive and self-motivated individual,
- Have high expectations of children's attainment, progress, behaviour and emotional well-being with a passionate for improving the life chances of our children.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills,
- Be able to develop good working relationships within the school community.
