Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies.
- Communicate the organisation's vision to stakeholders and the wider public.
- Manage relationships with donors and sponsors.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Agency team to create effective promotional materials.
- Oversee the management of the organisation's online presence, including social media and website content.
- Monitor and report on Fundraising and communication activities.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment of strategies and goals.
- Represent the organisation at external events and meetings.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fundraising and Communications Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and fundraising.
- A passion for the Not For Profit sector and a commitment to the organisation's vision.
