SalaryWe are currently recruiting a General Assistant to join our client in Larne
- 37 hours per week
- Immediate starts
- Ongoing position
- £12.18 per hour

Provide efficient and effective cleaning/caretaking duties ensuring the security
and general appearance of the building and surrounding areas are maintained in
accordance with the required standards.
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service standards
Open and close premises and grounds as required;
Check windows, doors and gates, internal and external; Operation of burglar alarms;
Driving duties, to include:
Drive the Councils’ vehicle adhering to all road traffic legislation and
at all times driving within the appropriate speed limits with due
consideration to weather and road conditions and showing
consideration to other road users;
Essential Criteria:
Have a minimum of Entry Level Essential Skills qualifications in Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy. AND
Be able to demonstrate, by providing personal and specific examples, a minimum of six months’
experience to include:
Commercial cleaning/security duties;
Simple administrative duties; and
Dealing effectively with members of the public.
AND
Hold a full current driving licence valid in the UK
AND
Hold, or be willing to obtain, a D1 licence and Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) qualification
