General Manager

Location: Victoria, BC

Compensation Package: $60,000 - $100,000 (Salary + Bonus + Tips)

I am working with an exciting client with 4 restaurant locations around BC.
With a focus on providing exceptional service and promoting a conscious dining culture, the company has established itself as a leader in the industry and are seeking a General Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financial performance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, such as increasing sales, improving profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
• Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs to maximize profitability while maintaining quality

Ideal General Manager:

• 2+ years’ experience in a high volume full-service restaurant
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly and diplomatically
• Warm, friendly, focused, and professional demeanor, with an inclusive presence that fosters a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
