General Manager

Recruitment Solutions are working with a prestigious market leading Motor Car Dealership in High Wycombe. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a General Managerrole on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for anyone with strong leadership skills who wants to progress their career to the next level with a household name in the Motor Trade industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day to day running of the dealership
• Reporting to the Operations Director.
• You will drive performance in all departments to achieve manufacturer and business related targets.
• You will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the dealership while still achieving customer service and retention objectives.

Candidate Expectations:

• A thorough knowledge of all areas of a franchised motor retailer with a proven track record at a managerial level;
• Excellent leadership skills;
• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels;
• Business and financial acumen;
• Planning and organisational skills;
• A flexible and adaptable approach;
• A full UK driving licence.

Working Hours,Days,Salary:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend Availability
• 35,000 (expected 55,000 OTE)
