Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a General Managerrole on a permanent basis. This role would be ideal for anyone with strong leadership skills who wants to progress their career to the next level with a household name in the Motor Trade industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the dealership
- Reporting to the Operations Director.
- You will drive performance in all departments to achieve manufacturer and business related targets.
- You will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the dealership while still achieving customer service and retention objectives.
Candidate Expectations:
- A thorough knowledge of all areas of a franchised motor retailer with a proven track record at a managerial level;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- The ability to effectively communicate at all levels;
- Business and financial acumen;
- Planning and organisational skills;
- A flexible and adaptable approach;
- A full UK driving licence.
Working Hours,Days,Salary:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend Availability
- 35,000 (expected 55,000 OTE)
