We are searching for an Associate Producer / General Manager whose personal artistic taste and keen interest in strategy and planning sits alongside the skill and capacity to deliver high quality general management from day to day.

The Associate Producer and General Manager will have overall responsibility for leading on the company's West End based productions, planning, delivery and operation of ELP's slate of projects, and deputising for Eleanor where appropriate. The role is currently supported by the Stage One Trainee Producer.
This is an opportunity for someone looking for the next step in an already established career, experienced in and passionate about theatrical production and running shows at the highest level, keen to take on further responsibility with oversight across multiple productions, and confident in their artistic taste and keen to be involved in the devising of new commercial projects.
