The Ideal General Manager  

• General Management experience, 3 years, within London 
• Overseeing a business hitting £40,000 plus  
• Managing a team of 30 plus, dealing with all the recruitment and HR issues on site 
• Local marketing and sales growth 
• The whole 360 of a General Management responsibility   
• Passion for cocktails, drinks and a strong awareness of food  
• Able to think on your feet but also take strong direction
