Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £85,000 plus bonus

Role Overview:

• High-Volume Management: We're looking for someone with experience managing busy sites with turnovers over £100,000.
• Leadership: You’ll need to lead large teams, engage and inspire at all levels, and excel in people management.
• Operational Expertise: Ideally, you’ve managed complex operations and multiple locations before.
• Passion: A real love for food, people, and wine is a must.
• Financial Acumen: You should be financially savvy, able to handle all business aspects, and comfortable reporting to senior management.
• Service Excellence: Lead by example in all service areas – restaurant, bar, and private dining.
• Ambition: We want guest-focused individuals with a strong drive for success and effective team leadership.
