This is one of the most exciting brands on the high street, fresh and tasty food, warm and energetic service – multifaceted to keep you on your feet.

The Role of General Manager?

The sites across the whole group are beautiful, this one is a stunner.
Currently the site is taking approx.
£85k a week but has the potential do more with the right leadership.
You will be managing a team circa 50 – having eaten here several times, the service is energetic and warm, with everyone moving to the same beat of the drum.
The service is fast paced but attentive, so it needs to be a well-oiled machine and we want to see evidence of this in your skillset.
I want to speak with people who are strategic in their approach and commercially minded but also happy to roll your sleeves up, touch tables, lead by example ad motivating your team and exceeding guest expectations.
The site is all day dining with an additional deli function.
There are a few moving parts with this one, so spinning plates is essential.

Who are we looking for?

• You will be a leader of people and some one who can inspire, motivate and develop their team organically.
• This is about the guest, so someone who is customer focused is essential.
• Commercially minded and someone who wants to make this restaurant a cut above the rest.
• Personalities do well here – the service is fast paced but personal – they welcome someone who will keep the energy high and your team and guest smiling.

The Ideal General Manager Candidate!

• Min of 3 years in a General Manager role
• Managed volume £80,000 plus
• Shows strong stability in their CV
• Ideally from a people first culture
• Obsessed with operational excellence – always looking for continuous improvement.
• Inspire and develop your team
• Love food and working with great people
