AddressHub seeks an accomplished General Manager to join our well-established St Ives harbourfront restaurant.
Serving up burgers, dogs, fries, cocktails & craft beer Hub St Ives is our mothership restaurant with unrivalled ocean views. Our new & returning guests are endlessly welcome to cruise by for breakfast, lunch, coffee, dinner & late night drinks.
It’s not all about experience for us, the right ambition & attitude are more important to us than two decades of experience, but you do need to be a hands-on, commercially savvy people leader who thrives in a high-energy restaurant & has a genuine passion for real customer service, quality & provenance.
As a General Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless & exceptional dining experience for our guests
- Lead, mentor & motivate a high-performing team to uphold our standards of service & hospitality.
- Develop & implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth & meet financial targets
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction & engagement
- Manage inventory, control costs & optimise operational efficiency
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers, our team & stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations & uphold food quality standards Innovate & implement creative marketing initiatives to attract & retain customers
