The Company:Our client is a well-established manufacturer leader in their field.
Main Duties:To provide strong sales & logistics support to DACH & UK region sales teams. This will involve data entry, order processing as well as booking deliveries and raising international shipment paperwork
The Role:- Support the Sales Team with admin duties / placing orders for customers- Serve as liaison for the international accounts & first point of contact for the office- Arrange transport & delivery of orders both within the UK & internationally- Receive & deal with telephone enquiries including follow-up- Maintain records and other documentation- Identify & recommend improvements for administrative procedures- Provide the highest level of courtesy and professionalism to resolve any issues- Performing all other ad-hoc duties office administrative duties
The Candidate:- Fluent in German (oral & written)- Previous experience in Administration- Excellent attention to detail- Experience working in a B2B environment- Flexible, adaptable and self-reliant- Professional telephone manner with a 'Can do' attitude
