They are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated German-speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their Business Development department in Southampton. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and proactively in a client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the setup of new clients and organise VAT & EPR Registration documents.
- Engage with clients, colleagues, and external partners through phone and email communication.
- Stay abreast of industry changes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous self-learning.
- Efficiently handle ad-hoc administration tasks as they arise.
- Maintain transparent internal communication to enhance the customer journey.
- Organise and update internal computer systems with relevant information.
- Monitor and meet deadlines for both routine and ad-hoc tasks.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio to a high standard.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German and English.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Quick thinker and fast learner.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Excellent multitasking ability.
- Enthusiastic and self-driven.
- Attention to detail.
