- Location: London based with 3 days working from home
- Salary: Flexible but circa £150k basic + bonus + benefits

Global leading FMCG seeks an experienced Global Agricultural Commodity Price Risk Management Director to lead their agri commodity CPRM function based from London.
You'll be working out of their prestigious Central London office but with 3 days working from home (you can work 5 days in their London office if you prefer), so offer you very good hybrid working.
This is a Global Agricultural Commodity Price Risk Management Director, so it is 100% essential that you have a strong track record buying//hedging/trading Dairy (Butter & Milk Powder), Grains, Cocoa, Sugar and/or Palm Oil. This is a Commodity Risk Management (CRM) / Commodity Price Risk Management (CPRM) senior leadership role so it is 100% essential that you have a strong CRM/CPRM background in agri commodities, ideally working for another major FMCG, Pharma or related business.
This is a Global Director position will have you managing/trading over €2 Billion, you will inherit an existing team of 4 based globally, with a view to growing your team. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will also have excellent senior stakeholder management skills, strong team leadership experience (ideally some previous people leadership would be ideal) and able to help the senior leadership team with strategy and policy implementation.
You'll be joining an established CRM team, with a new Global Head of CPRM, whom this role reports into, with fantastic Board level buy-in to grow and develop the CPRM business. This is a new hire (NOT a replacement) as they transform and grow the CPRM global leadership team, with agri commodities being of critical importance to the CPRM business so this is an absolute key hire so will be high profile within the business, which in turn allows strong internal visibility and quick career development within Commodity Price Risk Management as well as within Procurement, Finance etc, depending which direction you want to develop your career.
This is an English speaking role, so other languages are nice to have but not required, but you need to be 100% business fluent in English.
