twentyAI is currently supporting a dynamic organization specializing in marketing activation services for leading global brands. With a focus on creating efficient supply chains within the retail space.
They are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Global Head of Financial Operations to join their team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will spearhead the optimization of our Finance Operations on a global scale. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial processes, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of driving transformative change within complex organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global Accounts Payable (AP) process to minimize risk and maximize efficiency across all regions.
- Lead a team of Finance professionals to ensure seamless transaction processing and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with regional finance directors to standardize and optimize AP and Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures.
- Utilize technology and automation tools to enhance the scalability and effectiveness of financial operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with high-volume transactions and low-value payables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and increase productivity.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial operations to support the company's growth objectives.
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of systems and processes.
- Oversee the implementation of new financial systems and tools to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of implementing global finance processes and systems.
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 and Blackline, with experience in system optimization.
- Experience working in a multinational organization with a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
- Experience in the retail or marketing industry is a plus.
