What you’ll be doing
As well as assisting with the onboarding of new recruits, you'll take the lead on mobilising our employees internationally and hold responsibility for the following:
- Assist the employee with obtaining necessary registrations and work permits to allow entry into specified regions including: Social registrations, A1’s, VISAs, Posted Worker, Assignment letters etc.
- Ensure the Global Mobility software is kept up to date with relevant registrations and documents
- Review software requirements and work with developers to improve functionality
- Hold introductory meetings with new international starters to ensure clear understanding and travel requirements
- Review and assist with tax applications for expats in new regions
- Review timesheet monthly information and compare working locations to Global Mobility software
- Understand individual country entry requirements for existing and new regions
- Ensure ongoing compliance with collective bargaining agreement in all regions
- Ensure compliance with Global Mobility policy for all international local and assigned employees
- Assist with site level compliance of subcontractors with review of documentation
