Global Mobility Advisor

What you’ll be doing

As well as assisting with the onboarding of new recruits, you'll take the lead on mobilising our employees internationally and hold responsibility for the following:

• Assist the employee with obtaining necessary registrations and work permits to allow entry into specified regions including: Social registrations, A1’s, VISAs, Posted Worker, Assignment letters etc.
• Ensure the Global Mobility software is kept up to date with relevant registrations and documents
• Review software requirements and work with developers to improve functionality
• Hold introductory meetings with new international starters to ensure clear understanding and travel requirements
• Review and assist with tax applications for expats in new regions
• Review timesheet monthly information and compare working locations to Global Mobility software
• Understand individual country entry requirements for existing and new regions
• Ensure ongoing compliance with collective bargaining agreement in all regions
• Ensure compliance with Global Mobility policy for all international local and assigned employees
• Assist with site level compliance of subcontractors with review of documentation
