WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the Global Services People Experience team and reporting to the Global Services People Operations and Change Senior Director, you will be a key member of the Global Services Human Resources team responsible for key programmatic HR activities and projects for the team. Working cross-functionally you will:Lead and shape HR process and program improvements for Global Services. This will require someone who is looking to bring fresh ideas, areas for improvement, and challenge status quo as needed. Play a critical role in managing end to end Global Services cyclical programs, such as our mid-year & annual performance management process with an eye towards streamlining, bringing consistency and similar experience across functions, while also focusing on continuous improvement. Create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans that support deliver of BCG Global people related programs & solutions. An example would be partnering with our global compensation and Workday teams to explore how we might leverage Workday merit cycle for Global Services in 2024. Another example could include revisiting how we structure our GS SBST SDCs and approach for smaller niche functions in GS. Play a key role as a conduit across the wider GS HR team, including coordinate, prepare, and run a variety of meetings across the team: monthly PDG meetings for GS HRBPs, bi-weekly HR operations teams, bi-weekly calls with global compensation, and regular retrospectives.

Organization: Manage and execute integrated projects from start to finish, serving as the primary point of contact between all teams to ensure deliverables are on track. Motivate and maintain a healthy team momentum while keeping to deadlines. Clear and concise communication: Track and communicate project status, risks, and emergent issues. Ensure shared understanding of goals and success criteria across programs. Promote a free flow of information with and among partners and team members on all matters. Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including file management and structure Creative problem solving: Analyze and solve problems, including identifying better ways of working for existing processes. Quickly detect systemic issues, process problems, and other risks and work with the appropriate colleagues to find resolutions. Developing & maintaining effective business relationships: includes key stakeholders such as HRBPs, local HR team, Global CoEs (eg: Global Compensation, Global Talent ) and broader BCG HR community Paying attention to the details: Ability to use your analytical skills to make sense of large, complex data sets
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR or related field. You will bring relevant HR change/PMO experience preferably working in a professional services or complex matrix global environment You need to be a problem solver, forward thinker and someone who is comfortable and experienced with navigating complexity. Ability to build strong relationships with global stakeholders and many different levels in the organization. Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively tailor to different senior audiences. Outcome focused with the ability to proactively take initiative, use good judgment to prioritize requests and be comfortable working with minimal direction but as part of project team, Strong analytical skills and organizational skills-and an ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently. Exhibits the highest level of integrity. Ability to manage and process sensitive data. Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel and Project skills
