Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with an international sports organisation. They are looking for a Golf Coach Education Manager to join their training and education team. The purpose of this role is to coordinate the day-to-day operations, development, delivery and assessment of Coach Education programmes and to ultimately increase the quality of coaching within the organisation.

The duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Co-ordinate and support the delivery of a programme of Coach Education, development and support to meet development and performance objectives
• Co-ordinate and support the Coach Education Administrators to establish annual Coach Education programmes in line with identified needs
• Develop, monitor, support and provide mentoring opportunities for a network of tutor/assessors to enable the effective delivery of appropriate Coach Education
• Set up and administer meetings with tutors, assessors, markers, partners and others as and when required
• Co-ordinate/Mentor newly recruited Tutor/Assessors to provide support during the onboarding process.

An ideal Golf Coach Education Manager will have:

• Background in coach development, Coach Education and/or sports development
• Knowledge and passion for golf
• Experience of providing development support to organisations
• Experience in developing, implementing and managing Coach Education programmes is desirable
• Comfortable delivering training and presenting
