We are currently looking to recruit Service Staff for our 2024 season to work as part of a complimentary team to ensure Members & Guests are welcomed to Loch Lomond Golf Club in a warm and friendly manner. As a Service Staff team member, you will help deliver all aspects of the Service Staff role demonstrating attention to detail and anticipating Members & Guests needs.
Contract Type: Seasonal
Hours Per week: Variable to cover business needs (average 40 hours per week)
Pay: £10.91ph

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet Members and guests by name upon arrival at the Club.
- Receive and communicate vital information to colleagues via 2-way radios.
- Accurately record items of luggage removed from Members and Guests vehicles.
- Work closely with Front of House concierge team, sharing information and assisting with arrivals to the Club.
- Valet parking of vehicles
- Have an awareness off Members and Guests names that are arriving and departing along with their transport requirements.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and staff.
- Maintaining the practice area is a key aspect of the role. Setting up of the practice area and attending to Members & Guests needs whilst at the range. Collecting and washing range balls
- Organising Rental Clubs and Golf Carts ensuring that all rental equipment is maintained and presented at a high standard.
- Greeting Members & Guests when they come off the 18th green in an enthusiastic and friendly manner.
- Transfer Golf Clubs and luggage as required, back to vehicle, short term storage or long-term storage, keep the bag store tidy and organized.
- Comply with GDPR regulations ensuring that no Member or Guest information can be viewed by anyone other than staff, and that this information is treated with the strictest confidence.
Essential Requirements:
- A driving license is essential, and candidates must be able to get to and from the club using their own transport.
- The right to live and work in the UK is essential.
