R.W. Joinery, the North West's largest combined manufacturer and installer of bespoke timber fire door sets require a Goods In/Out Coordinator within our business to reflect the increase growth and forecast future growth of the production department within the organisation.
This role is pivotal to production element of the organisation.
Main duties of the role are -
Ensure all incoming materials are correctly checked against specification and quantity and any issues noted are dealt with internal and external customers.
Deliveries are arranged in a timely manner to suit clients requirements
Provide accurate documentation specific to each delivery ensure no product leaves the premises without tracking its status
Overseeing of stores and liaising with suppliers regarding consignment stock items.

To be successful in this job, you need to have:
Excellent communication and listening skills
Proficient telephone skills
Good use of I.T. systems specifically Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges
A current counter balance fork-lift truck certificate would be advantageous
Good mathematical and computer skills
Proactive with plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
An honest and trustworthy manner
Attention to detail
The ability to analyse and research information
