This is a fantastic opportunity for to join a multi award winning disruptive legal technology firm as a Graduate Customer Success Manager, working with product support teams to deliver successful customer projects from planning stages to final review.
Ideal candidates will have a law degree or worked as a Paralegal and have a desire to be at the forefront of a revolution within the legal industry.

The software builds on ground-breaking machine learning and pattern recognition techniques developed at the University of Cambridge to read and understand legal language. The technology is used by law firms and in-house teams to improve processes such as due diligence, compliance reviews, property lease abstraction and eDiscovery.
Main roles and responsibilities of the Graduate Customer Success Manager include:
- Work with internal teams to deliver successful live customer projects from planning stages to final review
- Act as a product expert for customers
- Understand the individual use cases and needs of each customer
- Provide advice, educate and train customers on how to use the product
- Deliver training of the product and propose workflow solutions
- Work with the support and technical operations teams to co-ordinate and resolve technical issues
- Work with leading organisations and help them obtain value from the product
Requirements for the Graduate Customer Success Manager role
- Graduated with a minimum 2:1 in Law or a scientific or analytical based discipline
- Experience working as a Paralegal, ideally within e-Discovery highly desirable.
- Highly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Articulate with a desire to improve customer-facing skills and present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge
- Organised with excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively
- Languages useful but not essential: German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch
