Salary: £23,000 - £27,000.

This is a great opportunity for a recent geology, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, geoscience or physical geography graduate to join an industry leading, nationwide engineering contractor in and around Cardiff. As a Graduate Engineering Geologist, you'll be provided with a range of projects to work on alongside specialist training in order to kickstart your career and apply your educational knowledge.

As a Graduate Engineering Geologist you will be working largely on site:

• Carrying out in-situ testing, gas monitoring and soil sampling.
• Soil and rock logging.
• Supervising ground investigations.
• Writing factual reports.
• Liaising with team members to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
• You'll be provided with industry leading training to apply your educational knowledge to.

The Graduate Geotechnical Engineer selected will have a degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, physical geography or a related subject. Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving licence, be commutable to Cardiff/South Wales, be willing to travel to sites and have a full right to work in the UK.
