Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) located on the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire, is seeking a highly motivated and determined Graduate IT Support Engineer to join their team. Role Overview:
As a Graduate IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to end-users, as well as actively participating in various IT projects. Taking ownership and applying a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues will be a key aspect of your role. You will provide desktop, remote, and face-to-face support to external clients, establishing strong and trustworthy relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality IT support to end-users, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Work on IT projects, actively contributing to their successful execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building reputable relationships with clients.
- Provide support via desktop, remote, and face-to-face channels.
Required IT Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, AzureAD, Sharepoint, Exchange, and Office 365 would be beneficial but not essential.

Package:
The salary for this position will be based on your previous experience and is anticipated to be in the range of £18000 to £25000.
