GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME
Launched in 2022 by the UK's leading fresh produce supply Group, the Graduate Management Training Programme is designed to create the "Leaders of the Future"
Established in 2005, with a heritage dating from 1874, the business is 40% employee owned encouraging an engaged and committed workforce.
Management Trainees sit within the Junior Management Team of each Business Unit and spend two years rotating around the key components of the end to end operation, whilst concurrently studying for an Institute of Leadership & Management Level 5 qualification.
The programme aims to shape and develop the succession plan of tomorrow, engaging highly dynamic characters with a passion for excellence, performance and sustainability.
The Groups Wholesale Division works from sites in Southampton, Birmingham & Bristol, offering a broad range of supply across foodservice, cruise ship and airline customers.
Due to the unique needs and demands of the business, hours can be unsociable with very early morning starts when working with the Commercial teams.
We welcome applications from candidates who have a real interest in the fresh food industry whatever your degree, although elements of Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Food Science or Consumer Behaviour will be particularly interesting.
A UK driving licence and own transport are required.
