An award winning global law firm are looking for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team and be involved in interesting projects.
About the Role
Working as part of a supportive team, this is a mixed Recruitment and Development role offering support to the trainee population. Responsibilities include:
- Manage end to end recruitment across training contract roles, vacation schemes, and the solicitor apprenticeship programme
- Involvement in social impact programmes and managing relationships with various partner organizations
- Planning, logistics and coordination of campus events/law fairs and building relationships with universities
- Maintain relationships with future/current trainees
- Manage onboarding and seat change processes for trainees
- Monitor SQE requirements
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR advisory and Development experience supporting graduates and have worked in the legal sector. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role.
