Main Duties
- Managing order flow with logistics / finance / IT
- Work with finance and Merchandising to verify pricing and inventory
- Serve as a liaison with logistics/ Export Teams to communicate any issues and ensure on-time product delivery
- Creative problem-solving with order issues. Establish proper procedures and protocols for client communication
- Generating reports and overseeing prioritized orders
- Assist with order write up
- Organize Showroom and sales session
- Create dashboards (Excel proficiency ++++)

• Organised and structured mindset
• Ability to work under stringent deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to be accurate on data entry tasks
• Good communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way
• Knowledge and passion for fashion and products – ‘fashion sensibility’ – knowledge of trends, the
market, the luxury consumer and peer awareness
• Comfortable with IT systems, shared online documents
• Partner with team
• Excel skills
