We are looking for an experienced and driven chef for our smokehouse who can help maintain impeccable standards in the kitchen.
The role will require running a busy grill section, alongside smoking our meats, and preparing starters and desserts.
Other duties will include working in our sister hotel, Dunsley Hall, which is on the same site as Harleys.
Dunsley Hall offers a more refined dining experience and duties will include breakfast shifts, afternoon teas, weddings, and functions.

There is the potential to progress to Sous Chef if sufficient skill and passion for work are shown.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen is required, preferably in this role or similar.
