Grill Chef

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our dining experience.

Duties:
- Supervises, organizes and instructs kitchen staff and

manages the whole Grill section of kitchen ; Plans grill

menu of restaurant, prepares and seasons all grill dishes

or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality

of finished dishes ; Ensure the food quality and the

presentation ; Ensure the cleanliness of the grill section

of kitchen, cooking utensils and equipment ; Ensures

relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are

maintained within the grill Section of kitchen.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,500.00-£30,563.63 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
