Our client, a successful owner managed business who manufacture a range of products, is recruiting the above role. Reporting to the Group Finance Director and supports the board. As part of the succession planning, they wish to recruit an experienced and proactive qualified accountant who enjoys the cut and thrust of a varied role.
Responsible for ensuring the group follows the right accounting procedures and working with the management teams to understand the performance of each business. Providing accurate reporting whilst being responsible for day-to-day accounting and financial management of six businesses, providing commercial acumen and financial leadership to the businesses and driving continuous improvement.
They seek an individual who has a proven track record in a similar role with a high-volume operational background possessing excellent Excel and data analysis skills. You need to be a strong influence at all levels with an analytical approach. Someone who is driven, who would like to grow and develop with the business to build a long-term career will find this to be an ideal opportunity.
