Group Financial Accountant

Our client is large PE group who own some very recognisable brands. They seek to hire a Group Financial Accountant. The role is a good mix of reporting, accounting, technical advice and supporting in FP&A activities. The position is a developmental role and will suit a progressive individual who is 0-3 years post qualified. Historically from this role people have done well and progressed up into senior roles within group finance or into the operating divisions in the wider business.
Responsibilities:
· Contribute to timely and accurate reporting across the IFRS consolidated Groups and statutory UK GAAP reporting
· Develop internal relationships with a variety of stakeholders to generate knowledge and understanding of operating activities and associated financial reporting
· Utilise central view to ensure consistency across the Group
· Assist with advice to local teams using sound technical knowledge
· Support FP&A activities particularly during forecast and budget processes
· Maintain and improve financial reporting procedures
A salary of £55,000-£65,000 plus £5k car allowance, bonus and benefits
