Salary Job title: Group Head of Finance
Location: Harrogate - on-site and hybrid
Salary guide: £60k - £70k + LTIP potential
Aside from the day to day managing of the accountancy numbers, group consolidation and all aspects of the groups accountancy division, the real draw of this role and company is the commercial finance element. You'll be heavily involved in mergers & acquisitions of new entities and the sales and exits of current entities. In order to achieve those exits you'll be scaling up entities rapidly.
This role would suit a hungry, commercially focussed qualified finance leader, who is a big picture thinker and able to creatively think of solutions and execute them to help deliver the businesses growth strategy.
About you:
Must be fully qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Have experience of CAPEX & OPEX project transformation and business partnering
Be an expert communicator and project leader

M&A, Exits & MBOs
Group accountancy consolidation of circa 10 entities (including micro accounts)
Scaling up of group and entity finance functions and businesses
Managing a small and dedicated team
