The job-holder reports to Director of Operations
Accountability Management Group marketing, brand and reputation development to support business growth
Primary roles and responsibilities
1. Development of the Group marketing strategy in-line with the overall company’s strategic development plan.
2. Manage a structured marketing campaign plan, with objectives in line with the Group marketing strategy.
3. Development of exhibition presence including show stand visuals and hardware, banners and product demonstration plinths.
4. Manage all marketing and business development events at Group level. Supporting roles and responsibilities Development and maintenance of Group marketing collaterals including:
• Group website update and ongoing management
• Group social media campaign including LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube
• Other forms of digital and electronic data
• Conduct market, brand and product including competitors’ research activities.
Where resources and budget permit:
• Plan film and edit videos to support content
• Identify and collaborate with other companies for joint marketing campaigns
• Create and update company collaterals, brochures, flyers, data sheets etc
ESSENTIAL
• Develop press/media relationships
• Provide MARCOM support to ADS UK C-EO SIG
• Support international relations and Business Development Manager with client and distributor network relationship marketing and media campaigns.
Knowledge & Qualifications ESSENTIAL for the post
• Proven history of strategic marketing development
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in website management • Relevant qualifications
• Experience in LinkedIn marketing campaigns
• Strong communication and presentation skills and attention to detail
• Confident with content creation, videos, photos and editing DESIRABLE for the post
• Experience in Defence related commercial industry

• At busy periods, be prepared to work the hours required to respond to customer requirements

• Any other tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of a small company
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Work within allocated budget
• Produce updated Group Marketing Strategy covering all divisions, presentable to the Board within the duration of the contract
• Showing growth through chosen KPIs within each strategy
