The role:

  • As Performance MarketingManager you will be responsible for the delivery of global strategic Performance Marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer acquisition.
  • The Performance Marketing Manager will have responsibility for all paid channels - online and offline channels (paid social, search, referral, affiliates etc and any other relevant channels),
  • In the role the Performance Marketing Manager will drive KPI’s that deliver customer acquisition and retention campaigns. You will utilise analytics tools and tracking platforms to measure campaign performance, understand attribution, identify trends, and provide regular reports to stakeholders across the business.
  • Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing you will manage all channels including Meta, Google, affiliate and referral channels, setting budgets and targets to deliver success.
  • ·Managing a significant budget the Performance Marketing Manager will bring a deep understanding of analytics and will be aware of new channels and opportunities to grow Performance Marketing. to
  • The Performance Marketing Manager will continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance, and to power marketing automation and improve CPAs & ROAS.

Ideal candidate:

  • This Performance Marketing Manager role is ideal for an individual who has excellent Performance Marketing experience gained from a fast-paced growing consumer faced organisations. You must be able to thrive in a scale up environment with less defined processes and ways of working and have worked in a start up or owner led environment.
  • This could from agency or in house experience but you must have experience running and optimising campaigns on paid social, PPC, referral and affiliate marketing and managing annual budgets over £1m.
  • The Performance Marketing Manager must be a subject matter expert in online media and planning and be highly commercial.
  • Manging annual budgets over £1millionthe Performance Marketing Manager must have experience owning and operating paid acquisition, budgeting, strategy, management and optimisation
  • The Performance Marketing Manager will be able to be successful in a company where the key objective is expansion and will be comfortable in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
  • The Performance Marketing Manager must have excellent analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations. In addition you must be able to think creatively to decide testing methodologies and optimise campaigns to deliver results.
  • You will have Up-to-date knowledge of platform creative best practices and experience in briefing creative assets. Experience in managing creative production is a bonus.
  • Having excellent attention to detail, you will have a data driven mindset and use insights to drive decision making
  • You will be looking for a Performance Marketing Manager role where you will thrive in developing strategy, rolling your sleeves up, getting stuck in and being part of a scale up brand.
  • Ideally you will currently (or previously) be working in a high growth proposition and will be comfortable with rapid growth and change.
