Description

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual group reports
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistency in financial data
• Oversee the financial closing process and ensure deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting standards
• Participate in the development of financial systems and processes
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and analysis projects

Profile

A successful Group Reporting Specialist should have:

• Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA
• Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
• Excellent knowledge of complex reporting standards (IFRS 17 ideal, but not essential)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
