As a Group Sales Management Trainer at Vertu Motors you will be designing and delivering engaging and effective management level sales training content which enhances the capability of our teams and keeps pace with changes in the sector.
Supporting our industry leading processes, your role will be to harness your existing skills and knowledge to turbocharge the performance of our sales professionals, ensuring they stay ahead in the fast-paced automotive world. Your passion for training, coaching and development will be the driving force behind creating a high-performance sales culture within Vertu Motors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of Sales Management, Stock and Sales Process Training Programs.
- Deliver Sales Management and Sales Executive training.
- Develop the inhouse Active Sales Coaching Hub.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address specific challenges and enhance training content.
- Provide support and guidance to Sales Managers to enhance their coaching skills.
- Provide onsite support and coaching for Sales Colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Word/Power Point and Excel.
- Experience as a Retail Sales Coach/Trainer role or as an Business Manager and above.
- Communication, Influencing and Leadership Skills.
Logistics: Our Training Centres are based in Darlington, Chesterfield, Lichfield & Gloucester. One of these would be your main training venue requiring a daily commute – ideally no more than 45 minutes each way. Travel to other Training Centres or Dealerships will be fully expensed.
