JC82 - Guest Experience Manager
Location – London (Telephone House)
Salary – £29,000 - £30,800 DOE
Overview:
First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Guest Experience Manager to join their team in the London.
Arguably the most important appointment of the building, a front of house role that gives the building personality and gives an experience for everyday occupation for my clients guests.
My client is seeking a candidate who is eager to grow; this role is crafted to facilitate your personal and professional development. Embracing accountability and ownership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiential dimensions of the building and its digital framework through meaningful and innovative contributions. This necessitates a readiness to tackle novel challenges, engage in experimentation, and glean valuable insights from setbacks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Foster a welcoming environment for guests.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the overall Guest Experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimise guest services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and colleagues, whilst upholding the building's standards of excellence in all interactions.
- Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise during guest interactions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive work culture that values teamwork and collaboration.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working in a customer service oriented role to a high level.
- Confident when communicating with guests and colleagues.
- Organised, and have the ability to multitask when appropriate.
- Ideally have experience of using Riskwise and Gmail.
- IOSH qualification is desirable.
