An excellent opportunity for an experienced Handyman / Gardener to work for a lovely client looking after their beautiful 300 year old home and 4 acre garden. The garden is made up of formal beds, trees, hedges, statuary and several water features including a carp pond.
The gardens are well looked after and you would be working alongside a Head Gardener and another part time Gardener.
Your duties will include
Garden maintenance (mowing, weeding, watering etc)
Maintain outdoor walls and fences
Fence and wall painting
Minor pointing work on Yorkstone flags
Liasing with contractors
Very minor electrics, fuses etc,
Swimming Pool and Pond maintenance
Handyman duties (hanging up pictures, changing bulbs etc)
Basic repairs and DIY
Pet care (dog walking, feeding etc)
You must a team player and happy to look after animals.
Start Date – ASAP
Accommodation – Available if required.
Working Week – Monday to Friday, 35-40 hours a week
Salary – £35,000 - £40,000 gpa, depending on experience
