The Role: Within the role of HE LRC Assistant, you will promote and provide excellent customer service internally and externally in all areas of the role, supporting students and staff to access information in a variety of formats in a fast-paced environment as part of a small professional team. Requirements: You will need to have a good general level of education with GCSE’s grade 5/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate successful study at Level 3 or above and have obtained or be working towards appropriate CILIP approved qualifications. It would be beneficial if you have experience of working in a customer facing environment and/or experience of working within an education setting.
