HEAD OF ASSET & COMPLIANCE
Are you a Head of Service specialising in Asset management and/or compliance or a Senior manager with good knowledge of Asset management & Compliance and looking for the next step within social housing?
My client is a growing non-profit organisation based in London seeking a Head of Asset management & Compliance.
The main responsibilities of the Head of Asset Management & Compliance are:

• Oversee Program Management and maintenance of our housing stock.
• Manage planned works programs and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure meticulous recording of Health and Safety compliance information.
• Own and manage relevant asset management and compliance databases.
• Lead our capital delivery team in executing asset management and investment programs.
• Implement resident involvement systems for service monitoring and reviews.
• Proactively manage budgets and ensure financial viability.

My client is looking for:

• Experience in planned maintenance and large-scale projects in a build environment.
• Oversight of compliance programs, meeting statutory requirements.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Ability to produce technical data reports.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft packages.
• Experience in writing Asset Management Strategies and 30-year cost plans.

My client can offer a flexible approach to working with two days a week in the office and the rest working remotely.
