This is a re-imagined role following a review of departmental need and future aspiration.
Reporting to the Director of Income & External Affairs the Head of Brand and Communications will be responsible for developing and delivering Turn2us’ branding and external communications strategy to reach and engage more of the charity’s key audiences in order to increase income, voice and profile. Your remit will involve leading on strategic marketing initiatives e.g. integrated campaigns involving fundraising, campaigning, policy and service provision, as well as media relations, PR, social media, and working with influencers.
You will also work in a collaborative way with colleagues in other departments, as well as the CEO, in order to ensure consistency of Brand and messaging in all that leaves the charity.
We are looking for a professional who brings extensive experience in Brand and marketing, especially but also media and PR. You will be used to working at both strategic and operational levels, enjoy managing and building teams and be a confident communicator to a range of audiences.
