We are a remote first company. However, we are looking for a candidate who is within commuting distance of London (max 1.5 hour by train) as you may be asked to attend meetings in London from time to time. Please note we are a small startup and cannot provide any visa sponsorship at this time.
About the JobWe’re looking for a Head of Brand Marketing to join our team at KareHero, who will be responsible for developing our brand and positioning as the only end-to-end support service for carers.
What might a typical work day look like?- Build and elevate the KareHero brand as the only end-to-end support for carers in the industry, crafting a unique market position that resonates with our target audience
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy with a focus on the B2B market, targeting enterprise organisations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate the pain points for businesses and carers into compelling marketing materials, leveraging different channels
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competition, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Lead the creation of highly effective product marketing materials, ensuring they align with our sales and customer success objectives and contributes to hypergrowth of revenue
The ideal candidate will be a creative innovator. Reporting to the CEO/Co-Founder, you will have a brand design background and experience in B2B marketing for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for designing and developing our brand and ensuring we can reach all of our target customers, including those who do not realise the scale of the problem, and all of our end users, even those that do not identify as a carer. You will ideally have start up experience and be comfortable working in a small but mighty team. Experience or knowledge of social media marketing and experience in video design, advertising or outdoor advertising would be advantageous.
Requirements
We’d love to talk to you if you have:
- Brand design experience and truly understand how to develop a brand
- Experience in B2B marketing targeting both customers and prospects, preferably in a startup or scale up
- Demonstrated success in building and executing marketing strategies with a focus on appealing to Enterprise organisations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and a keen eye for detail
- A high level understanding of the modern marketing tech-stacks and how to innovate to get superior outcomes
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think strategically and act tactically to drive growth and revenue
- Experience of rolling out a content-first approach that demonstrates high quality of craft and execution and speaks to all our target audiences
- Proven experience in producing product marketing materials and assets and leveraging different channels to reach our target audiences
- Experience working closely with sales, product and leadership teams
