As a significant challenger to the big strategy houses, they have built a strong reputation for their bespoke approach in working with clients across various sectors such as retail, financial services, utilities, and telecommunications. Reporting directly to the board, this high-profile opportunity offers the chance to make a substantial impact in their organization.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of developing new business opportunities and expanding their existing portfolio.
- Develop sales engagement plans and strategies, ensuring that new partnership and consultancy opportunities are maximized to their full potential.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to identify and cross-sell into existing clients.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market opportunities, identify and create new business and proposition solutions, and drive the organization's ability to respond effectively.
- Have complete autonomy to develop long-term and short-term sales initiatives and programs aligned with the overall organizational strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Tech Consultancy/Consulting, with a strong commercial focus and strategic thinking abilities.
- A track record of success in consultancy or advisory sales, with a demonstrated ability to take full responsibility for deals.
- Ability to target and engage contacts at various levels within organizations.
- Exceptional commercial thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and a high level of imagination.
- A natural catalyst with the drive to make remarkable things happen and take their business to the next level.
Typically you will be in the Manchester office 3 days per week.
